Making an appointment http://gfmp.net.au/our-team/

We ask that you make a 30-minute appointment for travel consultations, especially the 1st one, and ideally come in 1 month before you travel, as vaccinations should be given at least 3 weeks before your departure.

It is recommended that you bring in your travel itinerary so we can fully tailor our advice to your specific travel arrangements. If you are a new patient to our practice please bring a copy of previous vaccinations if you have them.

If you are requiring Yellow Fever Vaccination please remember to bring your passport or drivers licence for identification.
