In 2020 we relocated to our purpose-built building at 16 Greta Street.
Consultations are by appointment only. For continuity of care, please request your preferred GP when making appointments.
Appointments for ‘walk-ins’ are not guaranteed to be available and are discouraged, particularly when our reception staff are required to screen for respiratory symptoms in order to protect our patients and staff.
Standard Consultations are 10-15 minutes, however some appointments such as your first visit or for multiple or complex issues may require a Longer Consultation.
Telehealth (phone or video) consultations are available where clinically appropriate and safe.
Scripts and referrals
If you require a repeat script or repeat referral you will need a Brief Consultation (less than 6 minutes) with your GP. If you haven’t had a review of your script in the last couple of months or have other issues you will need to book a Standard or Longer Consultation to enable your GP to treat you appropriately and respect the time of other scheduled patients.
Urgent appointments
We reserve a limited number of appointments each day for urgent matters. Please let our receptionist know if your matter requires attention within 24 hours.
Home visits
Home visits are provided to regular patients at the discretion of their GP.
Medical reports
Please inform our receptionist if your appointment is for a medical examination for insurance, pre-employment check, or Commercial Driver’s licence. This will assist us in allocating adequate time with one of our practice nurses and your GP. We will also provide you with an estimate of the cost for this service which is not claimable through Medicare.
