AFTER HOURS

If you need reassurance or practical medical advice, phone the After Hours GP Helpline on 1800 022 222. You will be assessed by a Registered Nurse and you may be offered a call back from a GP.

If you are a regular patient of the practice and your problem cannot wait until the practice is open, call 02 4234 1399 and you will be transferred to our on-call GP.

There is a fee for all after hours consultations, incurring an out-of-pocket cost of $75.00.

Always phone 000 for extreme emergencies or go to your nearest Emergency Department for a serious injury or illness.

Practice Manager Jennifer Finauer

Jen has extensive practice management experience in both specialist and general practices. She is responsible for overseeing the administrative and business operations of the practice. Please feel free to contact her with feedback or suggestions.

Receptionists

Our reception team is very experienced and caring and you will always be welcomed and treated with respect by Amanda, Bonnie, Jenny, Stacey and Bronte. Stacey is a qualified Medical Assistant.

Use the Translating and Interpreting Service

If you have difficulty speaking or understanding English, call the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450 or visit their website https://www.tisnational.gov.au/. They will interpret and translate your query, and then call us for you. The Translating and Interpreting Service operates nationally and provides a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week service for over 100 languages.

National Relay Service

If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can phone us through the National Relay Service. 

Feedback

Suggestions and feedback can be discussed with either your doctor or the Practice Manager.  If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved within the practice, you may wish to contact the Health Care Complaints Commission:
