Dr Russell Pearson and Dr Ann Schippers have previously worked as Visiting Medical Officers at David Berry Hospital Palliative Care Unit. They have additional expertise in caring for people in the final stages of their life.
Some of the GPs at Gerringong Medical Practice provide palliative care to their patients living at home or in aged care facilities. They work closely with the community Palliative Care Team to enable their patients to die in their own home with excellent symptom control and dignity.
