Comirnaty (Pfizer) vaccine will be available in the Practice from 20 September.
You are able to book an appointment for the Pfizer vaccine now if you are:
- 16 to 59 years old. (People aged 12 to 15 who are in a priority group can book now, otherwise from 13 September).
- You should make the appointment for your second dose at 3 weeks at the same time.
- We are still vaccinating with Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca) for people over the age of 60.
- There are some contraindications for the AstraZeneca vaccine for people aged 60 years and over. CLICK HERE for further information.
- In order to keep our phone lines free for day-to-day operation, and our limited supply of vaccines, appointments can only be made online. You need to also complete the online consent form.
- You should not have your COVID-19 vaccination until at least day 8 after any other vaccination.
