Results

Your GP will routinely discuss how investigation results will be communicated to you. This will generally be in one of the following ways: follow-up appointment, telehealth (phone or video) consultation, a call from our nurse or an SMS message. Where no arrangement is made, normal or acceptable results are generally not communicated to the patient.

Our receptionists are only able to inform you if a result is normal.

You are always welcome to make an appointment to discuss and review any investigation results ordered by your GP or other specialist.

Reminders

Because we are committed to preventive care, we may send you an occasional reminder regarding health services appropriate to your care. If you wish to opt out of this, please let us know. Please also let us know if you do not wish to receive notifications via SMS.

Feedback & Concerns

We value your feedback and encourage you to let us know if you have any suggestions or concerns. We endeavour to respond to your suggestions as soon as possible and to continuously improve our service.  From time to time we might also ask you to complete a confidential evaluation questionnaire as part of practice accreditation.

If you are unhappy with our service then please let us know. Talk to your doctor or the receptionist and we will try our best to help. We believe problems are best resolved within the practice as this helps us to continuously improve.

If however, your concerns are unresolved, you may wish to contact the NSW State Government authority for dealing with medical complaints. The address is: Health Care Complaints Commission, Locked Bag 18, Strawberry Hills NSW 2012.
